Reply STOP to opt out. Opt-outs take effect immediately and permanently.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Message frequency varies based on your conversation.
We are not responsible for carrier delivery failures or delays.
What our messages are notMessages sent through our service are automated responses on behalf of a business. They do not constitute:A price quote or binding estimate
A guarantee of service availability or arrival time
Professional advice of any kind
A contract between you and the businessPricing, scheduling, and scope of work are confirmed directly by the business.EmergenciesDo not use text messaging to report an emergency. If you smell gas, see smoke or fire, or face any situation involving immediate danger to people or property, hang up and call 911 and your utility provider.Our system attempts to identify urgent situations and escalate them to a human, but it is automated and should never be relied on in an emergency.AccuracyWe work to make our system accurate and useful, but automated responses can contain errors. Information provided through our messaging service is not guaranteed to be complete or correct. Confirm anything important directly with the business.AvailabilityWe aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our service depends on third-party telecommunications and software providers.Importantly: our system operates in front of a business's existing phone line. If our service is unavailable, calls continue to reach the business by phone as they normally would.Limitation of liabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Nightshift Response Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our messaging service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to us for the service in the three months preceding the claim.Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.Client businessesIf you are a business using Nightshift under a separate service agreement, that agreement governs your relationship with us and takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.Intellectual propertyThe content, design, and systems on this website belong to Nightshift Response Systems LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida.ChangesWe may update these terms.
